This is a grassroots, citizen-led petition drive to get a Constitutional Amendment on the November 2026 ballot in Ohio. The goal is to ABOLISH property taxes, which we believe have skyrocketed way out of control, causing some to lose their homes to foreclosure, and others to be forced to sell their homes and move elsewhere.
In order to do this we need to get roughly 600,000+ in-person signatures (not e-petitions) by or before the cutoff date of June 1st, 2026.
Completed petition packets should be sent to Brian Massie (his address is on the first page of the packet). Be aware, we do have people actively working AGAINST this effort, so if you are being instructed to send packets to any other address, please contact Brian.
